Alien Worker Working Outside United States Is Not Protected By Title VII

The United States District Court for the District of Columbia held, in Alipio v. Winter, that an employee who is not a citizen or national of the United States is an alien and that an alien who is employed outside the United States does not have standing to bring a Title VII claim.
